1. Our AI Features

Huwise provides its clients with a centralized and secure platform for making data products and data assets available, enabling their access and use in self-service mode by business users and artificial intelligence systems.

In this context, Huwise integrates into its services certain features based on artificial intelligence technologies, intended to enhance performance and improve the end-user search experience on its clients’ data portals.

These features include:

semantic search capabilities allowing users to query the portal’s data assets using natural language;
an AI-assisted analysis feature enabling the generation of visualizations based on queries formulated in natural language;
an artificial intelligence conversational agent designed to assist users in exploring and understanding the content available on the portal.

2. Best Practices and Usage Recommendations

Huwise makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning and quality of the results generated by the AI Features, without however being able to guarantee their absolute accuracy or reliability.

The content, responses, analyses, or suggestions automatically generated by the AI Features (i) are produced autonomously and in no way reflect the opinions, positions, or views of Huwise, nor those of its officers, employees, or representatives, and (ii) do not constitute reliable analyses, professional advice, or recommendations. The Client acknowledges that it is its responsibility, as well as that of the Users, to verify their accuracy, relevance, and lawfulness, and to use them only with appropriate human oversight.

Accordingly, Huwise shall not be held liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any consequences arising from:

inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results;
inappropriate, shocking, or unethical content;
decisions, analyses, or actions based solely on generated content without human review;
use of the AI Features in breach of this policy or the applicable contractual terms;
dissemination, reuse, or exploitation of generated content causing harm to third parties;
any infringement of intellectual property rights or third-party rights through generated content.

For responsible use:

✅ Always verify the results before using or disseminating them;
✅ Use AI as an assistance or decision-support tool, never as a sole source of truth;
✅ Submit important decisions to human review, even after using generated results;
✅ Comply with legal obligations relating to personal data, in particular the GDPR: only input into the AI data for which you are legally responsible and authorized to process. Sensitive or personal data must be handled with caution and in accordance with the law.

Prohibited Uses:

❌ Generating illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or rights-infringing content (intellectual property, image rights, privacy, etc.);
❌ Producing or disseminating misleading, manipulative, false, fraudulent content, spam, disinformation, or fake content;
❌ Performing massive, automated, or malicious queries, or any action intended to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Solution;
❌ Using AI for sensitive purposes without validation, including decisions affecting individuals (legal, medical, financial, recruitment) or high-risk activities (security, compliance, sensitive data);
❌ Sharing, disseminating, or reusing generated content that infringes third-party rights without appropriate verification and authorization;
❌ Inputting personal or sensitive data into the AI without complying with applicable regulations;
❌ Using AI in a manner contrary to the Terms of use or any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Acceptance

By using Huwise’s AI Features, Users acknowledge that they:

have read and understood this AI Notice;
comply with the best practices and prohibited uses described herein;
use generated results with critical judgment and responsibility;
release Huwise from any liability in the event of non-compliant or inappropriate use.

Huwise reserves the right to update this AI Notice as the features, risks, or context evolve, in order to ensure continuous and appropriate information.
